Our fulfillment center is in Los Angeles, California so if your shipping state is close to us, standard shipping time will be 3-5 days.
We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer shipping on the weekends or holidays.
We will send you shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way. From the carrier first scan to delivery day.
Please allow USPS & UPS from 24-48 hours for the tracking information to correctly display.
Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery, because we aren’t responsible for stolen/lost orders that shows as delivered.
Orders over $100 will require a signature upon delivery, please make the necessary arrangements to be available to sign for your order.
Fashion Effect Store does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them.
Please note that any orders placed on Friday after 2:00pm PST, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following Monday. (If Monday is a Holiday, then the order will be processed on Tuesday)
Note: you will receive your order 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the case of a packages is returned to our warehouse for the next reason: Insufficient/wrong shipping address provided at check out, a $6.95 flat rate shipping cost payment will be required to re-send your order.
In very rare instances/locations priority shipping could take one more day for delivery, please allow up to 3 days.
If we are unable to fulfill 100% of your order, you will be contacted and have the option of exchange for an item of the same price, store credit in the amount of the items missing, or refund of the items not fulfilled.
Domestic Orders
Within the US The Standard Shipping Cost is $6.95 3-5 Days, 3rd Business Day Priority $9.95, and 2nd Business Day Priority is $11.95 (WILL BE TEMPORARY DISABLE OUT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA) (Tracking Information is Included) regardless of the package weight or quantity of items shipped.

If your order (priority or standard delivery date falls on a Holiday or weekend your order will be delivered the following business day.
The length of shipping can be longer depending on where it is being delivered to in the US.
International Orders
Please be aware that International orders placed without a valid Phone Number could be retained at customs!
Standard shipping to Canada is $14.95 flat rate via USPS or UPS. (10 to 14
Please be aware that in some countries UPS is the only shipping method offered.
When shipped via USPS the tracking number we provide you will show progress information only when the parcel is within the US territory. United State Post Office can't provide Tracking Information on parcels outside of US However, you can track your order on Canada post website as well. (Except some regions in CANADA).
International returns are responsible for return shipping costs.
Fashion Effect Store is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed/sent out (weekends are not business days).
Please note shipping speed mentioned above are estimated only. Non-major Urban Regions, Northern Regions, and Remote Regions may expect longer delivery time. International shipment may expect a delay due to customs clearance. We ship as quick as possible but we have no control over the delivery time.
