How do I return an item?

 

Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE, WRONG, or MISSING items you must contact us via email within 5 days of delivery otherwise we will not be responsible for defective, wrong, or missing merchandise.

 

If you receive Free Shipping, the shipping cost ($8.95) will be deducted from your store credit.

 

Please keep in mind that SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

 

Return shipping is covered by us ONLY if your item(s) is damaged or incorrect in which case you can CHAT with us via CHAT LIVE on our website, also via email at help@fashioneffectstore.com  A return label will be emailed to you, please don't forget to include your order number.

 

  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • Customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
  • Complete the return form included in your original packaging or by printing the form attached at the bottom of this page and send it with your return.
  • Swimwear can ONLY be returned for STORE CREDIT if unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags on.
  • We do not accept items that are without original tags, worn, washed, altered, beauty products, bras, underwear, and shoes.
  • Please ship returned item(s) within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Store credit is sent to the email provided at checkout and can be used immediately and never expires.
  • Please allow 3 -5 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center. 
  • Marked-down items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. For any questions please contact us.
  • Returning merchandise that has already been returned once will be subject to a $8.95 restocking fee.
  • All returns must have valid tracking information. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
