Shipping Information

Shipping Policy

  • FREE SHIPPING on U.S orders over $99 & up, before taxes. 
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
  • Fashion Effect Store does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
  • Our fulfillment center is in Los Angeles, California so if your shipping state is close to us, the standard shipping time will be 2-3 days. 
  • We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer to ship on weekends or holidays.
  • We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way. From the carrier's first scan to delivery day.
  • Please allow USPS & UPS 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be correctly displayed.
  • Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery, because we aren’t responsible for stolen/lost orders that show as delivered.
  • (MOST) Orders over $100 will require a signature upon delivery, please make necessary arrangements to be available to sign for your order.
  • Please note that any orders placed on Friday after 4:00 pm PST, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following Monday. (If Monday is a Holiday, then the order will be processed on Tuesday)
  • Note: you will receive your order 2-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.   After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In case a package is returned to our warehouse for the next reason INSUFFICIENT/WRONG shipping address provided at check out, a $8.95 shipping cost will be required to resend your order.
  • In very rare instances/locations priority shipping could take one more day for delivery, please allow up to 3 days. 
  • If we are unable to fulfill 100% of your order, you will be contacted and have the option of exchange for an item of the same price, store credit in the amount of the items missing, or refund of the items not fulfilled.


Domestic Orders

    • Within the US Standard Shipping is  3-5 Days $8.95, 3rd Business Day Priority $11.95, and 2nd Business Day Priority is $11.95 (WILL BE TEMPORARY DISABLE OUT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA) (Tracking Information is Included) regardless of the package weight or quantity of items shipped. 
    • Free shipping on domestic orders over $99 ( USA ONLY)
  • If your order (priority or standard delivery date falls on a Holiday or weekend your order will be delivered the following business day.
  • The shipping can be longer depending on where it is being delivered to in the US.


International Orders

  • Please be aware that International orders placed without a valid Phone Number could be retained at customs!
  • Standard shipping to Canada is 10 to 14 Days $34.95 flat rate via USPS or UPS. 
  • Please be aware that in some countries UPS is the only shipping method offered.
  • When shipped via USPS the tracking number we provide you will show progress information only when the parcel is within the US territory. United States Post Office can't provide Tracking Information on parcels outside of the US However, you can track your order on the Canada post website as well. (Except some regions in CANADA). 
  • Returns are not allowed for international orders.
  • Fashion Effect Store is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.


General Information: 

  • Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed/sent out (weekends are not business days).
  • Please note shipping speeds mentioned above are estimated only. Non-major Urban Regions, Northern Regions, and Remote Regions may expect longer delivery times. International shipments may expect a delay due to customs clearance. We ship as quickly as possible but we have no control over the delivery time.
